Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will perform various aspects of electrical testing, diagnostics, and service work on rotating electrical machines with low to medium complexity, following ABB’s standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. You will also be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating closely with customers and other ABB teams.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Contributing to customer satisfaction by executing workshop orders according to workshop processes and guidelines.
  • Performing workshop tasks such as troubleshooting, repair, assembly, and testing.
  • Checking bill of materials and other documents to identify required parts needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available.
  • Ensuring the completion, processing, and maintenance of all required documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in the industry
  • Electrical Fitter License Mandatory
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, proving your ability to tackle technical challenges with ease
  • Be proficient in essential Microsoft Office applications, ensuring you can efficiently manage documentation and communication tasks.
