Our client, based in North Manchester, require qualified Electrical Fitters/Panel wirers on a long term contract basis.
The work is on days paying £16.78/hr PAYE with all OT paid at T1/2 and T2 on Sundays/Bank Hols. The roles are due to start immediately. Overtime paid at Time and one half is readily available.
You will be working for a client of ours who manufacture machinery that is exported worldwide and used in various manufacturing sectors. Excellent clean working environment & additional benefits including annual production bonus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for control electrical fitting & panel wiring of interconnections between panels and electric motors.
• Working to detailed drawings and schematics.
• Wiring 3 phase motors connecting mains power to test machines & carrying out modifications to control panels from schematic drawings
• Wiring switches and gauges.
• Running cable and fitting cable tray conduit and trunking and other various fitting duties.

Education and experience:

• Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering
• BTEC ONC or equivalent
• Computer literate in Microsoft applications
• Panel wiring
• Cable management and termination
