JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead our electrical team on various construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of electrical systems and be proficient in managing teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints effectively.

SKILLS

• Red Seal Electrician
• Experience working leading high-rise residential projects
• Proficient in reading schematics and blueprints.
• Familiarity with construction management software including Bluebeam and AutoCAD
• Strong background in construction estimating and budgeting practices.
• Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
• Knowledge of quality control processes within the electrical field.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on building efficient solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical workers on-site to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to guide installation and repair work.
• Utilize construction management software, such as ProCore and Bluebeam, for project tracking and documentation.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all electrical installations meet industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
• Mentor junior electricians, providing training on best practices in electrical installation and safety protocols.
• Maintain effective communication with other trades on-site to ensure smooth workflow.
