POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Foreman to lead our on-site electrical teams. The successful candidate will supervise the daily operations of electrical installations and ensure that all work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Red Seal Certification as a Journeyperson Electrician (required)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the electrical trade with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in reading blueprints and electrical schematics
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors and in physically demanding environment

• Supervise and coordinate activities of electricians and apprentices on construction projects
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine job requirements
• Ensure work is compliant with electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations
• Monitor project timelines and report progress to management
• Order materials and maintain inventory as needed
• Conduct site inspections and provide hands-on support when necessary
• Train, mentor, and motivate crew members
• Liaise with project managers, inspectors, and other trades on-site
