THE ROLE: GENERAL MANAGER

You’ll oversee daily operations and drive the entire team forward. That means juggling schedules, budgets, people, and priorities—keeping everything on track while supporting your crew every step of the way.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Direct daily field and office operations
• Coordinate manpower and scheduling with union electricians
• Oversee estimating and project planning
• Meet with clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to spec
• Provide leadership, accountability, and vision
• Identify opportunities for efficiencies and company growth
