Key Responsibilities: - Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems - Prepare work sites by gathering tools, materials, and equipment needed for electrical tasks - Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment - Assist in pulling wire, installing conduit, and mounting electrical components - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Support electricians in troubleshooting electrical issues and testing systems - Follow instructions and work under supervision to complete assigned tasks Requirements 3–5 years of hands-on experience in residential electrical work Ability to obtain a New Jersey Electrical Journeyman’s License within 2 years of hire date Must have your own hand tools and basic cordless tools Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience with some commercial work is a plus Must possess a valid driver's license.
