JOB DESCRIPTION:

As an Electrical Improver, you will assist electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems on a commercial Project in Cardiff. You will be responsible for ensuring that work is completed to the highest standards, in compliance with safety regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• ECS or CSCS Card (Essential) – Must be valid and up-to-date.
• IPAF Certification (Desirable) – Preferably with experience operating MEWPs.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years working as an Electrical Improver.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.

• Assist in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Support the team in running cables, conduit, and trunking.
• Follow blueprints and technical diagrams to complete installations.
• Work under the supervision of qualified electricians to ensure all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all tasks.
