JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Electrical Installation Senior Lecturer to join our academic team (college) and support the Curriculum Manager. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education in electrical engineering, fostering an engaging learning environment, and contributing to the development of our curriculum. This position requires strong people skills and the ability to effectively communicate with others.
Assessor roles are also available.

REQUIREMENTS

• A relevant qualification in Electrical Installation or a closely related field (Minimum Level 3) - Essential
• Teaching Qualification or be willing to work towards - Desirable
• Maths and English - Level 2 or equivalent - Essential
• Assessor Award - Desirable
• A passion for teaching and a can do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in IT tools and platforms used for educational purposes.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, fostering a positive learning environment for students.
• A passion for educating others and a commitment to student success.
