What We’re Looking For Strong working knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motor controls, PLCs, HMIs, and process control systems. Experience with instrumentation installation, repair, calibration, and troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints. Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic control systems. Proven leadership or supervisory experience, with the ability to train and mentor others. Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective in high-pressure situations. Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively with management, vendors, and consultants. Comfortable using computer hardware, software, spreadsheets, databases, and technical applications. Committed to staying current with evolving technologies and best practices. Safety-focused mindset with a proactive approach to risk reduction. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred. 3+ years of experience working with industrial electrical and motor control systems, including PLC programming (or equivalent experience) Why Join Us? Opportunity to lead critical systems in a complex, high-impact operation. Hands-on role with significant influence over plant performance and modernization.
