POSITION SUMMARY

The Electrical & Instrumentation System Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems within for Rely products and projects. This role involves managing functionally a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring compliance with industry standards, optimizing system performance to support operational goals and contributing to Green Competitiveness.

  • A team player with the ability to work autonomously and effectively within a changing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering specializing in high voltage, with knowledge in instrumentation would be a must.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in high voltage, systems, with at least an appetence for a managerial role.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English & French
  • Ability to travel
