Description
We are seeking Journeyman Electricians to support the construction in the Southwest, including commercial, industrial, mission-critical and water/wastewater treatment facilities. Project Assignments: Data center and semi-conductor programs. Hours: 50-Hour work weeks plus optional overtime. Location: Mesa, AZ and other various project locations Responsibilities * Safety-first culture. * Direct electrical construction work for assigned projects. * Collaborate with Field Leadership to maintain project flow and schedule. * Enforce all NEC local codes and stay up to date on industry changes. * Interprets drawings, sketches, software, plans and determines best work procedures, tools, equipment needed to troubleshoot and repair problems * Measures, cuts, bends, threads, assembles and installs electrical conduit; weld supports; install cable and duct banks; make terminations * Installs control and distribution apparatus’ and fastens in place * Test and start up systems and continuity of circuit to ensure electrical compatibility and safety of components by testing and starting up systems and * Observes functioning of installed equipment or system to determine hazards and need for adjustments, relocation, or replacement * May be required to pull wire through conduit; connect wiring to lighting fixtures and power equipment * Disassembles and repairs defective electrical equipment or systems * Operate electrical and mechanical hand tools, power, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical tools Qualifications * 5+ years of working knowledge of electrical construction experience * Proficient knowledge and compliance with all NEC and OSHA safety standards * Possess strong expertise in all aspects of trade-related materials, components, equipment, systems, methods of installation, safety procedures, safe work practices, trade-related calculations, blueprint and drawing interpretation, and troubleshooting. * Ability to lift 50 pounds, unassisted, frequently throughout the day. * Ability to work from various heights via ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks and other safe work platforms and area. * Able to work a 40-hour work week, with overtime and off-hour shifts as required. * Able to work in extreme weather conditions and elements, indoor or outdoor, including heat, cold, rain, mud, dust, and snow depending on the job location. * OSHA-10 Certification card preferred.

The Journeyman Electrician will perform direct electrical construction work, including installing conduit, wiring, and control apparatus while ensuring compliance with NEC and safety codes.
