Description Location: Pottstown, PA – 75% Travel Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly Position Summary We are seeking an Electrical Lead with strong commercial experience and at least a third-year apprenticeship level. Industrial experience is a plus but not required. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on quality, safety, and mentoring—not just routine tasks. The Electrical Lead will support the Foreman by providing technical expertise, guiding apprentices, and ensuring compliance with standards. Key Responsibilities Serve as the on-site technical resource for electrical installations and troubleshooting. Assist in planning and executing commercial electrical projects with precision. Mentor apprentices and junior electricians to develop technical skills. Ensure all work meets NEC, OSHA, and company standards. Collaborate with other trades and assist the Foreman in resolving issues. Maintain tools, equipment, and material readiness for efficient workflow. Requirements Qualifications Minimum: 3rd-year electrical apprentice with proven commercial experience. Journeyman's License is a plus. Industrial experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to read and interpret blueprints; familiarity with wiring schematics is a strong advantage. Solid understanding of commercial electrical systems and safety practices. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
