Description Force Building Services is actively hiring Commercial Electrical & Low-Voltage Technicians to support projects in commercial and industrial environments nationwide. This role is ideal for licensed electricians, experienced low-voltage technicians, and skilled electrical professionals who value safety, consistency, and professional operations—and who are looking for long-term opportunities with a growing national company. What You’ll Do Install, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial electrical and low-voltage systems Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and corrective repairs safely and efficiently Work with systems including (but not limited to): – Low-voltage power and control wiring – Data, communication, and signaling systems – Industrial equipment, motors, panels, and lighting – Access control, sensors, controls, and related infrastructure Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and job specifications Perform inspections and preventative maintenance to reduce downtime Ensure all work complies with applicable safety standards (NEC, OSHA, site-specific requirements) Coordinate with project leadership, field technicians, and support teams Accurately document work performed, materials used, and job progress What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience, certifications, and licensing Steady, year-round work Benefits including PTO, Health, 401(k) Paid travel and per diem where applicable Company-paid PPE and required safety equipment Clearly defined scopes of work and organized project execution Professional job sites with strong safety expectations Opportunities to grow into lead, specialty, or supervisory roles Support from an established HR, payroll, and compliance team Long-term stability with a growing national company Requirements Travel Requirements Willingness to travel within the state and/or region Out-of-state travel opportunities available depending on project needs Travel time, lodging, and per diem provided per company policy (where applicable) Required Qualifications Licensed electricians OR experienced low-voltage / electrical technicians Commercial or industrial field experience strongly preferred Experience with low-voltage systems does NOT require a full electrical license Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in active job sites, warehouses, or industrial environments Willingness to travel when required (paid travel and per diem provided) Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and professionalism
