  • City & Guilds or equivalent in Electrical discipline
  • City & Guilds BS7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • City & Guilds 2391 Test & Inspect (Desirable)
  • Full UK Driving Licence

    Skills & Experience

  • Confident using modern office software & CAFM systems (e.g. Maximo)

  • 2+ years in a similar multi-site, multi-discipline environment
  • 1+ year in a customer-facing outsourcing role
  • Strong prioritisation and time management skills

Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias, looking to make a real impact across a regional portfolio? We’re on the lookout for a proactive and experienced professional to join our mobile team, delivering top-tier planned and reactive maintenance services.
What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our regional mobile team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the efficient delivery of:

  • ✅ Statutory & routine PPMs
  • Reactive maintenance tasks
  • Works completed in line with contract SLAs

You’ll be expected to work across multiple disciplines, with a strong focus on electrical systems, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • ️ Deliver PPMs, minor works, and reactive repairs across multiple sites
  • Keep clients, customers, and colleagues informed with regular updates
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the team and customers
  • Ensure best value by checking resources and materials
  • Report performance to your Technical Service Manager
  • Ensure safe delivery of all works, including those by service partners
  • Quote for minor works by detailing time and materials
  • Liaise with Account Support, Lead Engineers, Managers & Subcontractors
  • Keep Maximo system updated via tablet and ensure accurate timesheets
  • Take ownership of work standards and customer service
  • Participate in out-of-hours call-out rota
