MAINTENANCE ENGINEER – 4 DAY WEEK

4-day week, no callouts, steady hours. Hands-on electrical maintenance role in a busy industrial plant — perfect for an experienced factory or manufacturing engineer, field service engineer or similar (not domestic installation.)
Fed up with long days on the road and unpredictable hours? We’re looking for an experienced industrial Electrical Engineer who wants a change — steady hours, a clean factory setting, and a huge variety of equipment to work on.

• 4-day week: Mon–Thu, 6:45am–4:00pm — long weekends every week
• Breakdown repairs, fault-finding, and planned maintenance across production lines, furnaces, safety systems, and plant services
• Input into new installations and automation upgrades
• Work closely with mechanical engineers and production teams
