Electrical Site Supervisor – Renewable Energy Project

Location: Lincolnshire, UK

Project: 77MW Renewable Energy ProjectSalary: £45,000–£55,000 DOEPackage: Accommodation + Company CarStart: ImmediateEmployment: Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join a major 77MW renewable energy project in Lincolnshire. You will work as part of a two-person site supervision team, overseeing electrical works and ensuring activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise electrical installation and construction activities on site
Coordinate and oversee electrical subcontractors and site teams
Monitor progress against programme and report on site activities
Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Maintain strong HSE compliance across electrical works
Assist with inspections, testing, snagging, and project handover
Liaise with project management, engineering teams, and contractors

RequirementsPrevious experience supervising electrical works on construction, energy, utilities, or infrastructure projects
Strong electrical installation and site knowledge
Confident managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities
Good understanding of UK electrical and HSE standards
Renewable energy experience is advantageous but not essential
Full UK driving licence
Willingness to travel to other company projects when required

Package£45,000–£55,000 salary, depending on experience
Accommodation provided
Company car
Travel between company projects fully organised and covered
Immediate start available
Opportunity to move onto further renewable energy projects with the company following completion of the Lincolnshire project
