JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Elsham. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be part of our team of engineers responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving equipment and systems at our site. You will also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
Our site has 14 blown film extrusion lines and several ancillary lines. The site runs 24/7 and our engineers are responsible for the site preventative maintenance and breakdowns on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate must be reliable and have a keen interest in the role. You will be required to work on your own during night shifts and be competent in carrying out breakdown repairs when they occur, as well as being self motivated to carry out preventative maintenance routine tasks. You must have experience in electrical fault finding as well as knowledge of mechanical practices.
The working hours for this role are 7-7, on a 4 on 4 off, 2 days, 2 nights shift pattern.

Responsibilities
  • Knowledge of PLC’s, Profi-bus systems, Motors and drives, Pneumatics and Hydraulics.
  • Experience of working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working on production/processing machinery.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as required
  • Knowledge and experience of reading wiring diagrams
