• Work with other teams to create maintenance plans that fit production goals.
• Follow safety rules and handle hazardous materials properly.
• Manage outside experts for specialized repairs.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance work and equipment history.
• Recommend upgrades for better performance and energy efficiency.
• Make sure spare parts are available and manage inventory.
• Stay updated on maintenance trends and new technology.
• Train and guide maintenance technicians.
• Collaborate with different teams to improve equipment and processes.
• Degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Previous maintenance work experience in manufacturing or similar.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.
• Skills in troubleshooting, analyzing issues, and planning maintenance.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Problem-solving skills and time management.
• Good communication skills for teamwork.
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methods is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changes.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices is desirable.
• Certification in equipment maintenance is advantageous.
• Availability for shift work or on-call duties.
