We are seeking a proactive and reliable Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our small Facilities team at Sequani. You will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), fault-finding, and reactive repairs across a range of electrical systems and equipment. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and reliability.
The Facilities department at Sequani is a multi-disciplined team covering electrical, plumbing, HVAC, stores and general site services. We are responsible for covering breakdowns, maintenance requests and the stores function throughout the site. We excel in working as team, achieving a high standard of completion of all maintenance tasks.

DESIRABLE:

  • Previous knowledge and experience in a multi skilled role
  • Working in a regulated environment
  • Basic knowledge of AHU’s, drives, motors and dampers
  • Basic knowledge of BMS (Trend) and monitoring
  • Basic knowledge of chiller systems, temperature and humidity controls
  • Basic plumbing and fabrication skills
  • Basic knowledge of critical systems, UPS and generators

Responsibilities

Working as part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining electrical and mechanical installations, repairs and maintenance to M&E plant and building fabric.
You will play a key role in planning and completing a range of planned and reactive maintenance works associated with electrical and mechanical engineering. You will also complete proactive inspections, conduct any remedial repairs, monitor and manage equipment and operations.
