We are seeking a highly motivated Engineer to join our Maintenance team on a full-time basis: Major Responsibilities (The fundamental and crucial job duties performed in the position, not including managerial marginal functions) Perform operation, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance of front-end and back-end semiconductor equipment to ensure high equipment availability and uptime. Troubleshoot and rectify electrical, electromechanical, and control system issues in production machinery. Execute technical maintenance activities for various manufacturing tools on the production floor, including power systems, sensors, motors, PLC-controlled equipment, and safety interlocks. Plan, design, and support the execution of mechanical jigs, fixtures, and accessories required for production and maintenance activities. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions. Support equipment installation, commissioning, upgrades, and qualification activities. Ensure adherence to safety standards, EHS guidelines, and cleanroom protocols during all maintenance activities. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, checklists, SOPs, and technical documentation. Coordinate with production, process, and quality teams to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement initiatives. Support continuous improvement projects focused on equipment reliability, yield enhancement, and cost reduction. Requirements Relevant Experience - Minimum 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in electrical maintenance within the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
