he individual will install, repair and maintain our production line equipment They will also work on electrical, hydraulics and pneumatics. Must have fundamental knowledge of Lock Out/Tag Out.

Responsibilities included, but not limited to:

• Performs scheduled maintenance and repair of equipment breakdowns
• Fill out daily maintenance logs, downtime logs and ensures all paperwork for mechanics is filled out properly and in a timely manner
• Assists with general building maintenance
• Record keeping and cost analysis
• Orders supplies using requisition data base
• Follows GMP’s and Safety Procedures

Job Qualifications

• Must have some electrical wiring experience
• Knowledge of PLC’s. Does not have to program PLC’s but must have a fundamental of PLC’s
• Must be able to read schematics, blueprints and diagrams
• Fabricating and welding skills are a plus
• Must have good troubleshooting and electro-mechanical repair skills
• Ability to climb ladders and lift minimum of 50 pounds
• Ability to drive Forklift truck
• Must have good communications skills to be able to convey critical information to production team as well as future shifts
• Must be available for weekend and overtime work
