JOB SUMMARY

The Ainsley Search Group is actively seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team and work on either the 2nd or 3rd shift. Supporting a local manufacturing company, the ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of emergency and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of production and facility equipment. Must be able to work up to 480 volts. This is an onsite role near Hatfield, Pa requiring work every other Saturday. Shift differential will be paid for 2nd and 3rd shift work.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ proven industrial electrician or maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong electrical foundational knowledge
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic control systems
• Experience with AC & DC voltages from 480 Volts
• Adherence and appreciation for safety

• Conduct regular inspections of production & facilities equipment to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Install capital equipment, automation, pipes, and various electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems, including variable drives, motors, automations, logic controls, control systems, gearboxes, bearing repairs, and pumps.
• Provide technical machinery repair expertise as needed.
• Work with AC & DC power.
• Perform facility maintenance as needed, including forklift/warehousing repairs, building wiring, lighting, and occasionally plumbing.
