WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM

We’re looking for a proactive problem-solver with a passion for engineering excellence. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • A recognised Electrical biased NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (essential).
  • Solid experience in a similar role, particularly in preventative maintenance.
  • A good understanding of machine maintenance, operation, and computerised maintenance management systems.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • The ability to think critically, solve problems, and share innovative ideas.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools would be an advantage.
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll be at the heart of our manufacturing excellence, ensuring our equipment is operating safely and efficiently. Reporting to the maintenance shift leader, your day-to-day will include:

  • Swiftly responding to breakdowns and performing preventative maintenance.
  • Leading the charge in identifying root causes of breakdowns to minimise downtime and boost productivity.
  • Supporting engineering projects and maintaining assembly and process machinery.
  • Ensuring our facilities, from heating to lighting, are in excellent condition.
  • Upholding a safe working environment by following all health, safety, and environmental standards, including conducting risk assessments and supporting accident investigations.
