Description WHO WE ARE: Rockland Manufacturing is a family-owned company with multiple manufacturing facilities in the eastern and central US. YOUR JOB: You’ll be performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting issues on manual and electronically controlled equipment, as well as other facility structures and systems, in a heavy metal fabrication environment. You’ll be a problem solver! This position is on first shift, Monday through Thursday, with overtime as required on Fridays. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: • Performing routine preventative maintenance • Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems • Repairing equipment and physical structures • Assisting with the building/creation of new work cells YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: • 3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment • Industrial electrical experience REQUIRED • Hydraulic and mechanical experience preferred • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license YOUR COMPENSATION, BENEFITS AND PERKS: This position has a wage range of $28.00 -$33.00 per hour. You’ll be eligible for our Gainsharing bonus program after 90 days. Responsibilities

The technician will be responsible for performing routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosing problems, and repairing equipment and physical structures within a heavy metal fabrication environment. This role also involves assisting in the building and creation of new work cells.
