REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

We’re looking for candidates with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance, ideally working with electrical and mechanical systems in a high-tech environment.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance on a wide range of high-tech manufacturing equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and automation issues to minimize downtime.
  • Use precision diagnostic instruments, technical drawings, and maintenance manuals to resolve faults efficiently.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine performance and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

IS THIS ROLE FOR YOU?

Yes, if you:

  • Have 3-5 years of relevant experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
  • Have a solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
  • Have completed an advanced-level apprenticeship with an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
  • Are comfortable using computers and digital maintenance tools.
  • Understand HSE standards and regulations and ensure compliance.
  • Work well as part of a team and adapt to new challenges.
  • The role requires shift work in 12-hour shifts. You will be expected to work on a rotating pattern covering days and nights.
