QUALIFICATIONS

· High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)
· Experience in electrical maintenance (manufacturing or power generation a plus)
· Strong knowledge of electrical systems and ability to read schematics/blueprints
· Skilled in troubleshooting and use of testing equipment
· Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently or as part of a team
· Flexibility to work non-standard hours when needed

· Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on generators, switchgear, transformers, and control panels
· Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues using diagnostic tools
· Install and test new electrical systems to meet codes and standards
· Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
· Collaborate with technicians and engineers on system improvements
· Follow safety procedures and support a safe work environment
