Join Epta UK as Electrical Manager and play a key role in driving our commercial success within the retail refrigeration division, contributing directly to our growth and strategic plan. You will be responsible for the ensuring client needs are satisfied and that we maintain industry leading technical knowledge and support the Epta UK design and delivery teams.
Further to this, ensuring the best financial performance for the department is achieved in areas they can affect, all within the Epta UK strategy and goals. This exciting permanent role is home-based offering 37.5 hours of flexible working per week, with travel to our Bradford and Ringwood offices and project locations as required. As Electrical Manager, you’ll benefit from the autonomy to manage your schedule. The role offers a basic salary of ca. £60k along with an attractive benefits package including car allowance and bonus.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Electrical Manager to lead the design, installation, and supply of refrigeration electrical systems. This pivotal role will be instrumental in achieving NICEIC approval, delivering cost-effective solutions, and fostering strong collaboration across teams to support the continued growth of Epta UK’s electrical division.
YOUR JOURNEY (QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS)
You bring a strategic mindset, a proactive and adaptable approach, and strong analytical skills, all underpinned by a customer and team focused attitude. Your excellent communication and management abilities enable you to lead the wider team with confidence and clarity.
Ideally, you will also have:
1. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in electrical design and management, preferably within the commercial retail sector.
2. Qualifications would be 18th Edition (2382-22) Requirements for Electrical Installations BS 7671, Level 4 – Design, Erection and Verification of Electrical Installations.
3. A self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
4. A process-driven approach to project delivery, ensuring consistency and quality throughout.
5. Proficiency in IT, including Electrical design software, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and CRM.
