What you’ll do Act as NICEIC Duty Holder, ensure all work meets legislation Lead Supervisors and Electricians delivering compliant repairs and installations Manage performance of teams, subcontractors and suppliers against KPIs and budgets Ensure full compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements Drive productivity, quality and value for money Improve service delivery through continuous improvement and innovation Why join us? You are HNC/HND qualified (or equivalent) or have relevant experience An electrically qualified professional with strong compliance and safety knowledge Health and Safety qualified with experience in H&S, CDM and gas compliance Experienced in delivering projects on time and within budget Experienced in leading teams and subcontractors and managing performance Stronger together We do our best work when we’re ourselves.
