Responsibilities We envisage success in this role to include; Demonstrating knowledge of design, construction techniques, procedures, codes and standards. Leading the electrical system design, including power, lighting, fire alarm and signaling systems. Preparing drawings and detailing the entire electrical design. Demonstrating ability to maintain a positive client relationship and professional image. Preparing and managing a project program, project plan, and schedule. Maintaining and preparing project reports and analyzing relevant information regarding the electrical design. Qualifications To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 10 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering. Mixed use development/ Waterfront development experience required AutoCAD / BIM Software and/or REVIT applications knowledge is essential.
