Job Qualifications: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. * Proven experience in the design and development of transformers or related heavy electrical equipment. * Strong understanding of transformer principles, including electromagnetic theory, thermal management, insulation systems, and mechanical integrity. * Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL). * Knowledge of relevant industry standards (e.g., IEC, ANSI/IEEE). * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Experience with material selection for high-voltage applications is a plus. * Familiarity with manufacturing processes relevant to transformer production is desirable.
