ELECTRICAL/MECHANICAL SERVICE TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ Years of electrical/mechanical service experience required
• Valid drivers license required
• Mechanical service experience required
• Ability to work overtime/on-call shift when required (usually one week per month, stops at 10 PM)

• Maintaining and servicing hot-side kitchen equipment in Western Mass and Northern Connecticut.
• Troubleshoot equipment like grills, kettles, ovens, refrigeration equipment, various manufacturers, etc
• Maintaining customer relationships. Keeping an open line of communication with the customer is key to growing our relationships and allowing them to make the best decision for their facility.
• Maintaining daily electronic paperwork and communication. We provide electronic devices for check sheets, work orders, etc.
