Job Description Join our dedicated team to build and assemble mechanical and electrical systems from detailed engineering drawings. Ensure timely delivery while maintaining a safe and high-quality working environment. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Support a zero-harm environment concerning health, safety, and environmental standards. Assemble mechanical systems and equipment according to engineering drawings and production schedules to achieve on-time, in-full delivery to both internal and external customers. Apply good workmanship to ensure quality standards are maintained. Responsibilities & Duties: Support HR duties in line with company policies, promoting employee care. Produce welded, mechanical, and electrical parts/assemblies/products to meet company objectives and customer satisfaction. Operate Forklift Trucks to load, unload and transport goods in the warehouse. Maintain upkeep of records Identify training needs and work with the Manager to organize completion. Manage area and equipment upkeep to reduce downtime and improve health and safety. Be cost-conscious and minimize waste. Collaborate with colleagues to improve performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Complete any reasonable work requests. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Hold or be working towards a relevant qualification, such as Level 4 HNC (or equivalent, such as an associate degree)." "Minimum 2 years of experience in fitting/production of heavy plant." FLT (Forklift Truck) license would be an advantage, training can be provided. Technical Skills: Ability to read, interpret, and work from detailed engineering drawings while maintaining tolerances and standards. Weld trained (MIG/TIG, etc.)"Fully competent using all fitting tools and appliances, including bench hand tools, power hand tools (electric & compressed air), powered table and pillar tools/machines." Hold current weld qualification (desirable)" Keeping up to date records with full traceability.
