If so, TXM Recruit are working in partnership with a high-profile railway client. They are expanding their projects and are looking for x2 Electrical Modifications Technician to join their team located in the East Midlands on a contract basis. The role is paying up to £20.95 per hour (PAYE) or up to £27.54 (Umbrella).

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a technician you will be part of the maintenance team working towards set production targets to ensure trains meet ever exacting and challenging standards, ensuring they are delivered to customers on time and safely. You will work alongside other Technicians to successfully complete modifications to improve the passenger experience in using these trains.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

· Service, maintain, repair and overhaul traction and rolling stock components and complete plant equipment inspection
· Ensure that both individual and team production targets are met
· Carry out all work to agreed standards, ensuring that all work undertaken is recorded and signed off on the prescribed documentation

· Perform fault finding on rolling stock as directed by Team Leader
