This is an opportunity for hands-on, technically strong maintenance leaders who thrive in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities include preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment repairs, continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, and minimizing production downtime. Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, automation, controls and electrical equipment is essential, along with the ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentation.

Our ideal Candidates should have an Electrical or closely related technical background and a minimum of 4 years of experience leading skilled trades in a unionized, heavy industrial or 24/7 manufacturing environment. We are looking for decisive leaders who can coach and develop their teams while working collaboratively with Production and Maintenance to resolve issues and keep the operation moving.
