THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Electrical Project Design Manager to join our Queensland Commercial Construction team offering the opportunity to lead high-profile, large-scale commercial construction projects across Southeast Queensland.

• Lead and/or oversee end-to-end electrical design and documentation for major commercial construction projects.
• Provide technical leadership and support throughout the design and delivery phases.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers to support professional development and technical excellence.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary project coordination throughout the tender, design, and construction lifecycle.
• Manage and direct the digital engineering team to support best-practice BIM and digital design standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety legislation, and quality standards.
