Mission: La persona avrà la responsabilità di seguire l’attività di gestione commessa MT-BT, seguendo l’intero processo dalla preparazione iniziale alla chiusura finale e supporto tecnico, tra le sue mansioni vi sono la pianificazione dell’attività, la valutazione del rischio, il monitoraggio del progresso dell’attività e la gestione del budget. What will you do? Cooperare con gli account di settore nella fase di negoziazione degli ordini, partecipando alle trattative con i clienti, finalizzate oltre che all’acquisizione dell’ordine anche a definire in modo adeguato i contenuto tecnico delle forniture e le clausole commerciali riportate nei contratti. Assicurare la predisposizione di tutta la documentazione di commessa, rispettando le clausole contrattuali previste nell’ordine cliente Svolgere direttamente l’attività di progettazione o coordinarla nei confronti di studi tecnici esterni; per le commesse Media Tensione si dovrà tenere conto delle esigenze dei siti fornitori Garantire nei confronti del cliente un adeguato livello di servizio inerente la presa in carico delle richieste avanzate in corso d’opera e dei reclami nella fase di post fatturazione. Gestire le modifiche e/o reclami del cliente in sintonia con l’account definendo con i fornitori esterni i costi ed i tempi necessari; per le modifiche di prezzo sottoporle all’approvazione dell’account Definire con il settore Service i piani e i costi di intervento, gestendo questi ultimi in ordini in garanzia Garantire i tempi di consegna definendo, attraverso visite ispettive presso i fornitori, lo stato di avanzamento delle forniture Definire il margine preventivo e assicurare quello a consuntivo, nonchè la redditività di commessa Verificare e segnalare agli enti preposti le condizioni di incasso contrattuali (Fatturazione, rate di anticipo), e definire in caso di criticità le penali potenziali Raccogliere le esigenze dei clienti in merito a miglioramenti dei prodotti/servizi, inoltrandole alle diverse funzioni interessate What qualifications will make you successful?
