Job Description Description of the role The Engineering department defines and realizes investment projects and has an advisory role in the technical policy to support the Elst Site. The Project Engineer is responsible for the engineering input within investment projects in the factory and reports to the Engineering Manager. With the project management skills and technical background, the project engineer complete various projects to a successful conclusion with the right project approach, implementation and reporting. Responsibilites The Project Engineer is responsible for carrying out investment projects; Multiple projects and assignments need to be planned, organized and developed simultaneously (on average around 10 projects at the same time); Establish and lead a project team; Prepare clear reports and present/communicate them; Having an active contribution to professionalizing our business processes within our department. Keep a close eye on market developments and translate these into concrete improvement projects; Work together with different departments, such as Quality, Maintenance, Safety.
