Description
We are looking for an Electrical Estimator / Project Manager to support commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role combines estimating, project planning, and coordination responsibilities to help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The position works closely with leadership, field teams, and subcontractors to manage project scopes, schedules, and cost estimates. This is an opportunity for an experienced electrical professional who can bring practical ideas, strong organization, and leadership to a growing operations team. Responsibilities • Prepare electrical project estimates including labor, materials, and subcontractor costs • Review project drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop accurate proposals • Build and maintain project schedules in coordination with field teams and subcontractors • Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring timelines and budgets are maintained • Coordinate with field supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors throughout project execution • Track project costs, change orders, RFIs, and documentation • Support procurement and vendor coordination for project materials and equipment • Communicate project updates and progress with internal leadership and stakeholders • Identify opportunities to improve estimating processes, workflows, and project planning • 5+ years of experience in electrical construction estimating, project management, or both • Experience reviewing electrical plans, specifications, and bid packages • Ability to build project schedules and coordinate construction timelines • Strong understanding of electrical systems, materials, and installation practices • Experience managing project budgets, change orders, and documentation • Strong organizational and communication skills • Experience coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors • Background as an electrical foreman, estimator, or project manager in commercial or industrial construction Benefits may include health insurance, retirement plan options, paid time off, and other company-sponsored programs.
