We are looking for a highly motivated Electrical Project Manager to join our expanding team. This is a unique role offering a 50/50 split between working on the tools and driving business development, giving the right candidate the opportunity to make a real impact in both delivery and growth of our electrical division.

This role is an exciting opportunity for a fully qualified and NICEIC-accredited professional to lead projects and help grow this side of the business.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fully qualified electrician with proven project experience.
  • NICEIC Qualified Supervisor (essential).
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and domestic electrical installations.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • A commercially minded professional with ambition to help grow a business unit.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide when required.
Responsibilities

This is a hybrid position that combines technical delivery with business development. Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing electrical installation and maintenance projects from start to finish.
  • Working hands-on with electrical systems on-site (approx. 50% of role) to begin with.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships, including blue-chip and commercial clients.
  • Driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing tenders/quotes.
  • Ensuring compliance with NICEIC and industry regulations.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior electricians/engineers.
