JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and construction teams.

• Lead and manage Commercial electrical projects, ensuring all phases are completed on schedule.
• Coordinate project activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of progress.
• Develop and review project schedules using BuildOps.
• Create and interpret schematics for electrical systems design.
• Oversee construction site activities and Foreman to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards and job progression.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, General Contractors and Sub Contractors to design effective electrical systems that meet client specifications.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
