The ideal candidate will bring proven project management experience, a hands-on understanding of site operations, and the ability to lead teams effectively. You’ll be responsible for coordinating timelines, budgets, and subcontractors while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to high-quality standards. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of assigned electrical construction projects, from initiation and permitting through to construction, change management, and close-out.
  • Facilitate and lead project kickoff and close-out meetings to align teams and clients.
  • Resolve contractual issues efficiently and ensure all project terms are upheld.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
  • Provide consistent updates to clients regarding project progress, profitability, hours tracked, and any changes to timelines or scope.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate project management tools and methodologies.
  • Monitor project budgets closely and secure additional funding when necessary to stay within financial targets.
  • Identify resource gaps early and ensure the project team is equipped with the tools, personnel, and support needed for success.
  • Anticipate potential project risks and challenges and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client concerns and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Enforce quality control standards to ensure all deliverables meet or exceed client and regulatory expectations.
  • Support the Field Operations Manager with regular site inspections to maintain quality assurance and compliance.
