We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage high-impact industrial & commercial electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate is someone who has handled all aspects of a ground up build, procured all necessary materials, handled complex change orders, and seen the entire build through completion. QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in electrical project management with direct oversight of projects exceeding $15 million.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and construction management processes.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with contract management and compliance regulations.
• Experience in healthcare, commercial, and industrial projects is a plus.

• Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring all phases are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
• Project Manager to manage multiple large-scale commercial electrical projects simultaneously that are each with a value of $5+M.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Review and approve design plans, ensuring they meet industry standards and project requirements.
• Manage contract negotiations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
