We’re Hiring an Experienced Electrical Project Manager!
Join a dynamic, growing team specializing in large-scale commercial EV charging infrastructure across Southern California. We’re seeking a Master Electrician with proven leadership skills and deep knowledge of IBEW rules and regulations to lead complex electrical projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee large commercial electrical projects, with a focus on EV charging infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with all IBEW standards and local electrical codes.
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Schedule and manage project timelines, budgets, and labor resources.
• Conduct on-site inspections and provide technical guidance as needed.
• Travel to project sites up to 15% of the time.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Master Electrician (required).
• 5+ years experience in electrical project management, preferably in commercial EV charging.
• Strong working knowledge of IBEW agreements and jobsite practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $115,000 – $130,000 annually (based on experience)
