COMMERCIAL ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER – CONSTRUCTION DIVISION (VANCOUVER, BC)

Your Role:

• Oversee commercial and institutional electrical projects ranging from $500K–$5M+
• Run the full job cycle: from handoff to closeout
• Lead weekly project planning, materials procurement, and subcontractor coordination
• Manage RFIs, change orders, billings, and progress reports
• Collaborate with field foremen and the general superintendent to execute work safely, on time, and on budget
• Own communication with GCs, site supers, consultants, and vendors

Your KPIs:

• Project Load: Simultaneously manage 2–5 active projects
• Gross Margin Protection: Within ±2% of estimated margin
• Change Order Velocity: 90% of COs priced and submitted within 5 days
• Billing Accuracy: 100% of monthly draws submitted on time
• Schedule Performance: 95% milestone delivery rate
• Client Satisfaction: Zero formal escalations; positive GC feedback on completion
