POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee complex electrical construction projects in Mt Airy / Frederick, Maryland. This role involves managing all phases of project delivery-from pre-construction through closeout-on high-value industrial, healthcare, and data center builds. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, construction management, and client relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects, preferably in industrial, healthcare, or data center sectors.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and NEC/NFPA codes.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
