We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team, working on a 3&1 or 10&4 rotation on major Data Centre projects across Europe.

THE ROLE…

This role is central to ensuring the successful delivery of electrical packages, with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule. You will work closely with the Operations Director and on-site teams to manage project delivery from planning through to completion.

RESPONSIBILITIES…

• Plan and manage the delivery of electrical work packages on data centre sites, ensuring alignment with project milestones
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical containment, MV/LV cabling, and terminations
• Coordinate project resources including internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Track project progress, report performance metrics, and maintain detailed project documentation
• Identify and manage project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues to avoid impact on delivery
• Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards
• Work closely with supervisors and site teams to maintain high installation quality and productivity
• Provide leadership across all project stakeholders and ensure effective communication channels
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of electrical teams
• Manage client relationships and act as the key point of contact for all project-related updates
• Conduct project close-outs including lessons learned and performance review reports
