Title: Electrical Estimator/Project Manager
Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: Starting at $90,000, dependent on experience

ELECTRICAL ESTIMATOR/PROJECT MANAGER ROLE:

This role exists to effectively lead and manage all aspects of electrical construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction. The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for building strong client relationships, estimating, and overseeing multiple projects from inception to completion.

ELECTRICAL ESTIMATOR/PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Estimate project costs and develop proposals
• Develop and manage project schedules
• Oversee all aspects of project management to ensure successful execution
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships
• Implement and enforce proactive safety planning and execution on all projects
• Manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors
• Coordinate effectively with field forces and site teams
• Monitor and control project costs to ensure profitability
• Identify opportunities to grow the book of business with new and existing clients
• Respond quickly and effectively to requests from field associates and client needs
• Ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards
• Prepare and present project status reports
