We are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Project Manager with strong estimating experience for a direct hire opportunity in Raleigh, NC Overview of role: Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of commercial electrical projects. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on project management expertise with the ability to develop accurate estimates, manage budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Pay: $95-100K Benefits: This position offers benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. 50% of the cost is covered by the employer Schedule: Mon-Fri 7 am to 3;30 pm Key Responsibilities for Electrical Project Manager: Manage all phases of commercial electrical projects, from pre-construction through closeout. Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and proposals for commercial electrical projects. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed. Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents for accuracy and constructability. Oversee material procurement, subcontractor management, and resource allocation. Monitor financial performance, track job costs, and prepare progress reports. Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications for Electrical Project Manager: 5+ years of experience in commercial electrical project management. Proven experience in electrical estimating, including labor, material, and subcontractor pricing. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and industry standards. Proficiency in estimating and project management software (e.g., Accubid, Bluebeam, Procore, MS Project). Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
