Overview TA Services Group is a full-service Electrical and Mechanical Installation contractor that caters to industrial customers. Our Electrical Install team provides the following services – Industrial Electrical & Controls, automation, lighting upgrades, power and distribution, equipment installation services, etc. We are currently seeking an Electrical Project Manager based out of our Marietta, GA office. Local travel required. Responsibilities Assisting in managing the electrical portion of industrial construction projects. Work closely with superintendents and foremen in the field and interface with clients. Attend construction meetings, track schedules, manage budgets, and estimate jobs. Responsible for writing proposals, material orders, equipment deliveries, and distribution of project specific documents. A portion of the time will be spent in the field or with our clients and crew. Qualifications 5 – 10 + years’ experience in Industrial Electrical Construction/Installation. Good understanding of the National Electrical Code. Ability to read and understand construction specifications and detailed drawings. Must be computer proficient with all MS applications, including MS Project or Planner. Must have some experience in planning and scheduling. Must have strong customer interface and relationship building skills. Ability to communicate with crews in the field, including union employees. Ability to work independently without direct supervision. Be knowledgeable in electrical applications in an industrial environment. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with estimating software, such as Accubid or McCormick is preferred. Estimating experience required. Essential Functions Must be capable of walking throughout a large manufacturing plant for required meetings and other required duties. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening, background check and motor vehicle report (MVR) according to company and client policies.
