REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience managing electrical projects over $100M (ideally $250M+)
  • Sector experience in at least one of: data centers, healthcare, industrial, or commercial buildings
  • Must have experience building in Texas
  • Based in Houston, Dallas, or San Antonio
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep understanding of electrical systems and Texas building codes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

You’ll be responsible for managing large-scale electrical construction projects valued over $250M, ensuring successful delivery from preconstruction through commissioning. This is a high-impact role with visibility across some of the most exciting developments in Texas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead full-cycle project management across data centers, healthcare, industrial, or commercial sectors
  • Collaborate with clients, developers, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and resource planning
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes
  • Drive performance, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum
  • Mentor junior staff and support field operations
